Step 1: Choose Your Milk
The secret to great froth is in the milk. For the best result, we recommend using UHT low-fat milk (but non-UHT full cream or low fat milk works too). If you prefer non-dairy alternatives, sweetened almond milk is a great choice, as it has a delightful nutty aroma when warmed. Sweetened oat milk is another excellent dairy-free option.
Step 2: Warm the Milk
Start by warming your milk. You can do this in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until it’s steaming (but not boiling) or on the stovetop. The time required for this may vary depending on your microwave or the amount of milk you’re heating.

Stick Blender
If you’re using a stick blender (also known as an immersion blender), a tall, narrow container is best for frothing to avoid splashes. Submerge the blender head completely in the hot milk and blend for about a minute, until it starts to foam.
Regular Blender
Alternatively, a regular upright blender will work just as well. Just pour in the hot milk and process until foamy.
Glass Jar
The glass jar method is very effective and straightforward.
Use a small, microwave-safe glass jar, then heat the milk in a microwave (without the lid) until hot. Remember, the milk should be steaming, but not boiling.
With the lid secured, shake the jar vigorously until the milk is frothy. Be careful, as the jar will be hot.
Step 4: Serve Your Coffee
Once your milk is frothed to perfection, prepare a cup of your favourite Café Enrista 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 Instant Coffee.

- 1 cup Café Enrista 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 Instant Coffee
- 1 cup UHT low-fat milk (or your preferred substitute)
Instructions
- Prepare your Café Enrista 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 Instant Coffee following the instructions on the back of the sachet
- Heat milk in a microwave-safe container or glass mason jar until steaming (but not boiling)
- If using a stick blender: Transfer hot milk to a tall container and blend until foamy
- If using a regular upright blender: Pulse the hot milk until frothy
- Using the glass jar method: Shake heated milk in a microwave-safe glass jar with a tight-fitting lid until frothy
- Add the frothed milk to the prepared coffee, holding back the foam with a spoon while pouring in the milk, then top with foam
- Add a final touch of luxury with a sprinkle of cinnamon or grated chocolate
